Taekwondo
The way of the hand and the foot. Kicks, hand strikes, blocks, take-downs and joint locks — belts from white through black, kids through adults.

Bo, nunchaku, sai, tonfa, kama, sword and more. Weapons start at green belt; earn rank in each weapon on the way to a Kobudo black belt.

Use the attacker's momentum against them: circular redirection into joint locks, throws, pins and chokes. Kenji Ryu lineage from our founder.

Every new student receives a FREE uniform. Earn your yellow belt and you also receive FREE sparring gear, a FREE black uniform, and a FREE weapon.
